Some Post-Apocalyptic Tales

I have two post-apocalyptic novellas: Barren and Scenes from a Quiet Apocalypse. The former is an apocalypse that hit within the main character’s lifetime, but as an older protagonist, she’s lived in a post-apocalyptic world for longer than she spent in the pre-apocalyptic world. The latter is an immediately recent apocalypse, one that hits just before the book begins.

Though my stories in Droplets from the Universe are joyful and humorous, they do include a couple of post-apocalyptic stories. “Raindrops in Indra’s Net” takes place in a future where climate change has caused flooding and necessitates seeking higher ground during rainy seasons, but it also hits those joyful notes with a small surprise or two for the main character.

“Asylum” is another post-apocalyptic story in Droplets, with a definite upbeat ending, even though things look dim before then!
