Post-Apocalyptic Reads

Cover art for Scenes from a Quiet ApocalypseI have two post-apocalyptic novellas: Scenes from a Quiet Apocalypse and Barren. The former is a much more recent apocalypse, one that hits just before the book begins. The latter is an apocalypse that hit within the main character’s lifetime, but she’s lived in a post-apocalyptic world for longer than she spent in the pre-apocalyptic world.

If you prefer your post-apocalyptic writing shorter, check out a couple of my recent post-apocalyptic publications!

“The Price,” found in the July issue of New Maps, involves refugees of climate change and a person doing her best to provide for them. This is a quite short flash fiction piece.

“Asylum,” which appeared in the July issue of Etherea Magazine, deals with people surviving and eventually fighting back after an alien invasion. This one is a short story, a bit of a longer read.
