The Big Pink Book Prompt 2: Talented Amateur

The next prompt (#12) in the Big Pink Book is a mostly blank page with three stickers, arranged in a rough diagonal from the top left to the bottom right. At the top left is a small, light pink, vaguely rectangular sticker bearing the text “Every artist was first an amateur.” In the center of the page is a light blue rectangular sticker with rounded corners, with a gold, slightly off-kilter, rectangle a bit inside of the edge, with gold, white, and blue irregular stripes spanning from the gold rectangle to the edge, and accented with some small flowers. At the bottom right is a sticker that didn’t photograph very well, but it is circular, with a mostly dark blue mottled background, and a number of overlapping gold circles and spheres, giving the impression of the orbits of astronomical bodies.

This page seems to me to give a couple of strong possibilities in terms of prompts. Visit again on Friday to find out how I used it!
