Fun for Friday: What’s Going On in This Picture?

There’s a column in the New York Times called “What’s Going On in This Picture?“, where they strip captions from assorted news images and post them for students to explain and discuss. But it’s also a great random story prompt, as you fictionalize what’s going on, or otherwise use the image to inform a story.
The images are posted on Mondays, but you can also look through past images for ideas!
