New Pieces out in November 2022

This past month saw publication of a short story, a couple of pieces of flash fiction, and a poem!

“Chrysopoeia,” a flash fiction piece about a charlatan and the person who reveals him for what he really is, appeared in The Dire Dark, which is an anthology of dark fantasy pieces.

My short story “Easy as a Bag of Cookies,” featuring Cerberus and a precocious young girl, appeared in  Paradoxical Pets, an anthology about all sorts of unusual animals and pets for younger readers.

My flash fiction story “The Divergence in the Woods” (which was originally published as “The Dark Forest Takes”), was reprinted in Trees, an anthology about trees and the woods.

And finally, my poem “Natural Explosions” appeared in Sylvia Magazine.

I should have a couple more pieces out in December to round out the year, which has been a good one for my writing!
