If you’re looking for a name to give something in a story, or you just want a random place to write about, check out Muddle’s Wilderness Location Generator (and the other ones at the top right of the page). You can narrow down the type of wilderness location (or other type of being/location) if you have an idea, or you can just see what the generator gives you. Some of the names definitely lend themselves well to the question of how a place got that name, which could be a great seed for a story!
