History That Never Was

The Star tarot card represents hope, healing, and renewal. In A Tarot of Sorcery and Sages, this is represented by a haiku and a poem.

The haiku, titled “The stars fall like rain” after the first line, is a necessarily brief reflection that touches on the hope aspect of the Star, while also having literal stars within it.

The poem, “Windy Harmony,” is a playful poem involving sailors, pixies, and a touch of sailing magic, also reflecting the hope aspect (and a bit of supernatural blessing) of the Star.

Both of these pieces are exclusive to A Tarot of Sorcery and Sages, alongside other poems and stories reflecting each of the Major Arcana of the tarot!
