Fun for Friday: March 2026 Writing Prompts!
It’s almost March, so it’s time for the March 2026 writing prompts!
This month, we’re starting with a throwback or two. Column 1 (and the image) is from my March 2018 writing prompts, and column 2 is from my March 2019 writing prompts. I figure those are plenty old to bring them back. (And we won’t talk about my graphic design skills from 7-8 years ago, right?)
Column 3, on the other hand, is a newly randomly generated list of verbs. Of course, “verbs” doesn’t necessarily mean they have to be used as such, since many of them could be interpreted as other parts of speech. So, as always, do what you like! The idea of the prompts is always to encourage creativity, not constrain it!
Check back on the last Friday of each month (or occasionally the first day of a new month, when that falls on a Friday) for my History That Never Was writing prompts!
