History That Never Was

I had several pieces published in July, all on the shorter side of things!

My drabbles “Jrrrr the Summoner” and “Modern Iso Onna” appeared in Shacklebound Books’ Short Fantasy Stories. The former portrays an outcast getting revenge on their gaming group, while the latter shows a Japanese yokai adapting to life in the modern world.

Next, my drabble “Mid-Life Crow-sis” was published as a Reach Your Apex community drabble and involves a human becoming a crow.

Finally, my flash fiction piece, “Amanita,” was republished in Small Wonders. This one is a strange little story about young women consuming poisonous mushrooms to receive the gift of prophecy, and the one of their number who assists them in this endeavor.

The first two pieces are currently only available in the anthology, while the other two can be read online!
