I love random generators, so it’s no wonder that I’m sharing this Random Title Challenge prompt/generator! It uses dice to choose words from three lists, which you put together into a title and then use to inspire a story.

The best thing about this challenge is that you can make your own lists of adjectives, nouns, and short phrases (which seem, in this case, to be paired adjectives and nouns), and then randomly choose among them to come up with more titles than just the possibilities above. If you want to do this frequently, you could even set up stacks of cards (maybe just one each for adjectives and nouns), and then draw at least one of each, maybe two of each if you want to really replicate the challenge above!

Any way you choose to play with this, though, there are bunches of potential combinations that could lead to fun prompts!
