May 2022 Publications
In May, I had four pieces come out–two flash fiction, one microfiction, and one poem!
My flash fiction piece, “Not Their Real Names,” appeared in The Arcanist. This story is a fun and quick high-tech heist story with some quite relatable characters and scenarios, though always with a twist!
My microfiction piece, “I Need a Hero,” appeared in Theme of Absence. Though it’s a small story, it’s a look at what gods deal with in the modern world when they want to expand their following.
My poem, “Seven Secrets,” appeared in the inaugural issue of Radon Journal, which has an amazing cover and a bunch of other great stories and poetry too! Mine is a bit of a revenge story told in poem format.
Finally, my flash fiction story, “Dangers of the Deep,” was reprinted in the Maelstroms anthology from Shacklebound Books, after appearing in Doorways in the Gloom. This is a story of attempting to survive when things have gone horribly wrong, and it’s joined with other similar tales in this anthology!
