History That Never Was

I got news at the beginning of the month that I’ve been chomping at the bit to share! They posted it on their website yesterday, so it’s official now.

My short story, “Miasma,” which originally appeared in NonBinary Review’s “The King in Yellow” issue, and then was reprinted at Liquid Imagination, is among the stories selected for the Write Well Award. This means it will be appearing in their 2017 anthology (out in early September).

This is really exciting news for me, because it’s the first time one of my stories has won an award! I’m also excited that it’s this story in particular, because I have a lot of love for this story (and all of my King in Yellow stories, really).
