Friday recap is back!
Yeah, I know. I haven’t remembered to recap for a while. My bad.
Then again, I haven’t had a lot to recap. See, hubbie found this MMO, and it’s all been downhill from there. It’s got me sucked in, which means that most of my spare time is now spent gardening and trying to level. It’s a huge productivity suck, but I just can’t seem to put it down!
May has also been a pretty busy month, with lots of socializing and basically not sitting down to write. But I remedied that a little bit yesterday, and knocked out a review and revisions to my novella. I still have one big revision to make to the novella (I need to seed the crucial plot element more heavily), and I probably am going to give it another read before it goes out to my beta readers. But the bulk of the work is done.
I’ve also managed to get a few scribbles of notes on a couple of new stories, though I haven’t done much more than that. I’m hoping that the ideas will still be as awesome as they seemed in my head when I finally get around to writing them. I REALLY need to make myself buckle down and write when I get these ideas, because they end up fleeting and ephemeral by the time I sit down to write them weeks or months later.
